Quality in our manufacturing process is confirmed by ISO 9001:2008 standard which guarantees functionality and durability of Formaster products.

Raw materials

Quality control starts at the stage of material selection. Every batch that is used in production processes is checked and compared with quality certificates which are provided by suppliers.

Control of materials is necessary to confirm that they are fully suitable for production which will meet high quality standards.

Production

Quality control in production process is based on a selfmonitoring system. Semi-finished articles are compared with exemplary models with regard to their durability and usefulness.

Internal audits of the production process along with controlling accordance with required norms allow to minimize risk of faults.

Final product

Final research and control are connected witch all batches of products. As far as water filtering cartridges are concerned they are put to microbiological tests in the final stage of production.

We adjust our production processes to quality requirements set by our customers e.g. we carry out additional external audits.
